Terroir driven Champagne
This champagne, partially vinified in oak barrels, has a slightly pinkish robe with pale golden
highlights. Its lively, seductive mouth reveals the subtle aromas of red berries with notes of
freshly cut hay and ripe wheat. Its finish is characterized by the minerality of Meuniers from
Passy sur Marne.
100 square meters produce an average of 85 bottles for this type of wine, and the harvest of 2020 will be delivered around June 2024.
